Staying Sane while Staying Home

I am the type of person that is extremely comfortable staying home. I am the true definition of a homebody because I think I could not leave the house for a month and not even notice. Although, there is something about not having the option to leave that makes me go a little stir crazy. Just know that we are all in this together so if you’re having a tough time, reach out to someone, they are going through it too. I saw a quote that said, “Even though we are all physically apart, we have never been more connected.” It helps to know that everyone in the world is experiencing this and we are truly in this together.

With that being said it still is easy to get overwhelmed and a little bit of cabin fever. Here are a few things I’ve been doing to stay sane while staying home.

  1. Baking
  2. Taking pictures/ Photoshoots of my baby
  3. Organizing
  4. Deep Cleaning
  5. Reading
  6. Watching old movies
  7. Working out
  8. Playing games
  9. Facetiming friends and family
  10. Trying out something you’ve been wanting to do
  11. Listening to podcasts
  12. Scrapbooking
