Spring Cookie Pie Recipe
- 1 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pastel M&M Candy
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie dish.
-Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
-Add eggs until just blended.
-Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Combine.
-Fold in the M&MS.
-Scoop into the baking dish, press until smooth and add a few extra M&Ms to the top.
-Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool before serving and enjoy!
