Polka Dots in Paris
I’ve been having Paris withdrawals so I thought it was time to share another post from our trip. This happened to be our last day in Paris. We were walking around, taking in as much of the beautiful city as we could before our time came to an end. We stopped into a cute little cafe and started sipping on our cappuccinos when Brock looked at me and said, “screw it, let’s stay another day.” I’d never been so excited in my life. It was like he read my mind. I dressed exactly how I was feeling wearing polka dots in Paris! We spent the day walking, exploring, and enjoying the romance of the city a little while longer. Read about our last morning in Paris here!
You can always count on me to be peeking my head into every bakery on any corner and maybe stashing a few macarons in my picnic purse for later 🙂 Speaking of my purse it happens to be from Kayu Designs which is a company that is very near and dear to my heart. Their bags are super cute, yes, but their company is so much more than cute bags. They work hard to run a very ethical and sustainable business while giving back to women in the process. Their bags are made for women by women, especially mothers. Kayu allows their mothers to work from home and care for their families while making an income. They also created jobs in San Francisco for new women immigrants. I love how they’re not just giving back to these women but they are setting them up for success. This little picnic basket is one of my favorites but you should check them out for yourself here: Kayu Design
I got this outfit a while ago but if you like it, I found some similar options below 🙂 Have a great day!
