Just wanted to pop on the blog really quick and say Good Morning! It’s a beautiful day to conquer the world…or your kids! Let’s be real as a mama, some days are really hard, most days if we’re being honest. One thing I’ve incorporated into my daily morning routine to get my head right for the day is my morning affirmations. They are super simple mantras that I repeat to myself every morning. They bring positivity and light to my day and get me ready for any hardships the day. may bring me. You can read my morning mantras below:

Today is going to be a great day.
Being a good mom takes courage and today I’m feeling brave
Today will be the type of person I would like my baby to become.
I’m not the perfect mother, but I’m exactly the one my baby needs.
If I do nothing today besides hug my baby, then I’ve done enough.
My morning affirmations are something quick I can do before Ford gets up and just start the day with a positive outlook! You can copy mine or create your own but bottom line is, you need to start doing it. It takes two minutes every day and it truly just sets you up for a successful day as a mama!
