It’s no secret that I love everything pastel, so springtime for me is a little slice of heaven. I decided to make these delicious M&M Springtime Blondies a while ago and am finally getting around to posting the recipe. I’ve made something similar to these before here: Spring M&M cookies, but this recipe is a must try and must share I promise you! Sidebar: this plate is one of my favorites from The Little Market!
M&M Springtime Blondies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup pastel colored M&M’s
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
-Melt butter and let it cool.
-Combine flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
-In a separate mixing bowl, beat the melted butter, brown sugar and sugar together. Then add the eggs and vanilla.
-Gently fold in the flour mixture. Next, fold in the M&M’s and white chocolate chips.
-Spread the batter evenly into the baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through baking. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
I hope you and your friends enjoy sharing these yummy M&M Springtime blondies!
