As a busy mom, it can be hard to live a healthy lifestyle all the time. And to be honest I don’t ready want to make healthy choices a the time. I love my sweets and junk food! I do try to incorporate a few healthy choices throughout my day though. If I can, I try my best to have a protein-packed smoothie every other day. Ford is afraid of the blender, making things a little more complicated. I’ll normally still make a protein shake on days I’m not able to use the blender to try and get some extra protein! This mixed berries smoothie recipe is my go-to for the days that I’m able to make one. It’s super simple to make and a great breakfast for when I’m on the go.
Mixed Berries Smoothie Recipe
-1 cup frozen mixed berries
-1/4 cup frozen avocado or banana
-2 scoops of Arbonne Strawberry Protein Powder
-1 scoop Arbonne Gut Health Prebiotic Fiber
-10 oz oat milk or water
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
