7 Fall Acts of Kindness
Yesterday marked the first day of October so I think it’s safe to say it’s officially Fall! It seems like we are all getting caught up in the pumpkin spice lattes, buying ourselves every chunky knit sweater ever made, and documenting every dead leaf we see. (I’m guilty too!) With all the celebrations and decorating it’s important to take a step back and reflect on what matters most. Bettering our relationships and doing things for others, no matter how small. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for chunky knit sweaters and pumpkin spice everything during the fall but I also think it’s so important not to lose sight of what this cuddly season is all about. I made a list of 7 Fall Acts of Kindness that are super easy to do and rewarding. Not only will you Fall even more in love with this season while partaking in a few of these but you’re sure to make someone else happy in the process too.
One
Send a nice text to a friend who’s going through a hard time.
Two
Make these Pumpkin Hands Pies and bring them to the office or if you work from home give them to your neighbors.
Three
Share a friend’s latest project or accomplishment. This one I’m taking part in right now because my friend Sophia is just so incredibly talented. Every time I listen to one of her songs I get goosebumps. Have yourself a listen, I guarantee this little 30-second clip will give you all the feels and make your day.
Four
Surprise friends with a cute pumpkin or some fall flowers.
Five
Give your significant other the last bite of dessert. (this one is a maybe…)
Six
Donate your old clothes to a local church or homeless center.
Seven
Pay for the person’s pumpkin spice latte behind you!

Such a sweet and thoughtful list! Thanks for the reminder to take the time to be kind!

Such a nice list! I love the idea of paying for the person’s coffee behind you. I used to do this a lot, but with Starbucks’ Order Ahead option on the app, I’ve gotten out of the habit. This was a great reminder to do that!

MeganIt’s hard to sometimes because you don’t really know what they’re going to order. I find it easiest when going through a Starbucks drive through haha
