The Best Guacamole Recipe

Alright let’s be real, is there anyone out there that doesn’t like guacamole? My guess is no. Guacamole is a great treat year round, but it’s also perfect for summertime gatherings as a super easy snack that everyone loves! This recipe is so easy and you honestly can’t beat it. You will need to bring out endless tortilla chips because people are going to LOVE it. Heck they might even want to just use a spoon it’s that dang good. The Best Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:

-3 avocados, peeled and mashed

-1 lime, juiced

-1 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup diced onion

-1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

-2 roma diced tomatoes

-1 clove minced garlic

-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions:

-In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.

-Mix in the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and cayenne pepper.

-Refrigerate 1 hour for the best flavor and enjoy!

    I actually don’t like guacamole! However, I still make it at parties as I know it’s a huge hit! Always wondering how many avocados to buy. How many people does your recipe serve? I’m usually just winging it- might be good to follow a recipe for once!

      This serves my family normally, so around 4 or 5! You can double or triple it for a party though 🙂

    Who would not love a whole post on guacamole. Mine is similar, but I’m going to try yours too. Sometimes I’m even happy just using smashed avocado I love it so much.

    I love guacamole! I think it’s time to make some since I haven’t had any for awhile! I am going to have to try it with cayenne, normally I use a serrano pepper.
