7 Wellness Items You Need This Year
2020 has certainly been a crazy year. But while we have been staying home more than ever, many people, including myself, have a newfound interest in wellness. With more free time, I’ve been able to learn more and find lots of wellness products I am excited to continue using in the new year. Check them out below!
This stuff has been a super easy way to take care of myself each day and I know I’ll be using it in 2021. Vital Proteins is a collagen supplement that I love putting in my coffee each morning. As we get older, our bodies become less efficient at producing collagen so I’ve been using this daily! It dissolves immediately and has no flavor. If you are someone who does want some flavor, they also have coffee creamer versions, matcha and more!
I’ve spent this year really thinking about what small yet effective things I can start doing to keep my family healthy. These essential oils have been a big favorite in our house. They are super easy to take on the go and while they are relaxing, they also defend against viruses.
These bars have been a major staple for me, especially since becoming a mama. When we are busy and on the go, being hangry is just not an option for me! I love being able to grab one of these bars from the fridge because they are filling and don’t have that weird protein bar taste that a lot of other brands have.
IT Cosmetics Anti-Aging Armour Tinted Sunscreen SPF 50+
Year after year I tell myself I am finally going to start wearing sunscreen everyday, but I have never found one that actually felt good on my skin. Using this IT Cosmetics sunscreen has been a game changer. I am finally using sunscreen everyday. This one is great because it’s super hydrating and is slightly pigmented for days that I don’t want to wear anything else on my face.
If you haven’t found the perfect comfy outfit yet this year, what are you doing?! I have been obsessed with the athleisure trend because being cute and comfy is totally my jam. I’ve been prioritizing moving my body more and this outfit from Fabletics is perfect to throw on in the morning and workout in later.
I think I can speak for all of us when I say this year has made me really consider my health more. I started taking Ritual vitamins and it has been super easy to stick with! They come in the mail each month so I don’t have to worry about not having them and I feel good knowing that I’m getting the vitamins I need.
Dry Bar Bay Breeze Hydrating Shots
Gone are the days of straightening and curling my hair on the daily. Between motherhood and quarantine, I’ve found myself using hot tools on my hair way less but I have noticed the damage those tools have done in the past. These hydrating shots from DryBar provide instant hydration, leaving my hair super silky.
As we step into the new year, I know that I’m not the only one who is excited to focus on my health. I hope you loved these 7 Wellness Items You Need this year post and decide to incorporate them into your routine! What are your go-to wellness products? I’d love to hear!
