It’s easy to get overwhelmed and bogged down by the day-to-day demands that come with motherhood, leaving you feeling exhausted, stressed, and far from happy. But it doesn’t have to be this way! You can become a happier mom who enjoys life more and stresses less with just a few simple tweaks. Here are five habits that could change your life for the better.

If sleep eludes you, try focusing on winding down before bedtime instead of scrolling through social media or watching Netflix until late at night; both activities will only keep your mind active when what you need is restorative sleep so your mind can reenergize itself and ready for another busy day ahead.
